He confirmed that he has made no such decision, that many people had been contacting him to inquire about the claim, and that it is an entirely baseless rumor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We also contacted the official media division of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya. Their response was unequivocal: the claim is entirely false. Former Army Commander Shavendra Silva has not joined the SJB, and no such announcement has been made by him or the party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Based on the official confirmations from both parties, it is clear that this claim is false.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Who Is Kings Nelson, and What Is His Connection to Shavendra Silva?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Hewa Gajaman Paththinige Kins Kumara Nelson (K.K.S. Nelson) is a former provincial councilor and Member of Parliament<\/a>. He is the son of former government minister H. G. P. We found no credible report from any mainstream media outlet confirming the claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dinesh Mutugula (“Mutugula Sir”)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We contacted the coordinator of Dinesh Mutugula to verify the claim. The coordinator confirmed that the information is false. Dinesh Mutugula himself stated that he has no intention whatsoever of entering politics through any party. He will continue his service to society, but he is not entering the political arena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Samagi Jana Balawegaya and United National Party<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We contacted the media divisions of both the Samagi Jana Balawegaya and the United National Party.
