SJB also participated in this protest and some social media posts and mainstream media reported that the opposition leader Sajith, was hooted and chased away by the protestors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within this background, a few screenshots of Tweets are being circulated, purported to be from Dr.Harsha De Silva, a current parliamentarian representing the Samagi Jana Balawegaya(SJB) Party, under the leadership of Sajith Premadasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social Media Posts<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are a couple of such purported Tweets targetting Dr.Harsha De Silva&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cI don\u2019t know why, but my 348,154 twitter followers didn\u2019t turn up at the #hukki #huki#hoo Aragalaya today. I suspect @elonmusk has teamed up with @RW_UNP to sabotage our beautiful protest.So, I came home early.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>I told our stupid leader @sajithpremadasa not to go with his STF security. Look what happened. The aragala idiots got angry and started hooting at us. Dr. Harsha said, \u201cThis is a fake <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Twitter\">@Twitter<\/a> account. My name is not DA Silva\u2026\u201d and also added that <em>\u201cThe unprovoked attack by still my friend <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/fernandoharin\"><em>@fernandoharin<\/em><\/a><em> accusing me of an urge to tweet a confrontation with <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/SriLanka?src=hashtag_click\"><em>#SriLanka<\/em><\/a><em> police is going far\u201d<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">This is a fake <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/twitter?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@Twitter<\/a> account. My name is not DA Silva. It\u2019s DE Silva <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/verified?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@verified<\/a>; soon paying USD 8\/mo so <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/elonmusk?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@elonmusk<\/a> can recover his investment.
