This original video was posted by Al-Badil, an Egyptian news service, on their official YouTube channel in October 2013 can be seen below.

The Arabic caption for the video, which was released ten years ago, translates to English as "Depicting dead bodies in Al-Azhar University."

“A representation of deceased bodies inside Al-Azhar University Photographed by Mustafa Darwish, edited by Muhammad Anwar Dozens of Muslim Brotherhood students at Al-Azhar University organized a massive demonstration in front of the college administration building. Brotherhood students at Al-Azhar University joined the girls' and boys' marches side by side, forming one march. They met between the Faculty of Medicine and Engineering buildings next to the Al-Azhar University Presidency building after touring around the university campus to mobilize students and disrupt studies. The marches then headed to the College of Engineering. Several students, who were unable to live in university cities and had good grades, started preparing loudspeakers and placing them in front of the Al-Azhar University Presidency building to hold protest activities and put pressure on the university president to accommodate them. Brotherhood students also blocked the road to the permanent camp at Al-Azhar University, causing traffic paralysis on both sides amid a crowd of motorists.
