It is a compilation of multiple videos taken from various countries, some of which are from past unrelated events to these countries. This compilation has been edited and altered to create a sensational and misleading impression of the current weather situation.

Let's consider the component of altered videos.

The first 10 seconds of the viral video were created from a video taken from the YouTube channel, famous for creating altered videos about weather patterns and natural disasters.

In the above video, we can see a tornado behind a building.

But, in the actual video, which was recorded in 2016 in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, USA, no such tornado scene exists. It only depicts the heavy storm conditions as a result of Hurricane Mathew.
