The first 10 seconds of the viral video were created from a video taken from the YouTube channel, famous for creating altered videos about weather patterns and natural disasters.
In the above video, we can see a tornado behind a building.
But, in the actual video, which was recorded in 2016 in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, USA, no such tornado scene exists. It only depicts the heavy storm conditions as a result of Hurricane Mathew.
