First, we did Invid – We Verify search and found the context related to this video.

We found a robot similar to the one in the social media post published on the Device Plus website in 2019.

The above article says the robots are rescue robots, and those are for emergencies, and help for those are for rescue teams in emergencies.

We detected another website named Medgadget reported about this. The report can be reached here. Archived

According to Medgadget report, this machine isn't capable of slicing through concrete. It further says the recently developed unmanned rescue robot from Japan is designed to safely retrieve individuals from areas that might pose risks for human rescuers. And it further elaborates that according to the manufacturer's (the Robokiyu) website, it approaches a person trapped under debris, uses its mechanical arms to grasp their clothing, and pulls the individual to safety.

Conclusion

According to our investigation, we found out that the viral video does not depict cadaver-collecting machines in China. Those are the Japanese machines, which were developed to help the relief workers rescue the victims of natural disasters, etc., at the difficult moments when it's risky for them to attend physically.
