Real Cases of Trump Grandchildren Speaking Mandarin

While the viral video is unrelated to the Trump family, there is a real precedent of one of Donald Trump’s grandchildren appearing in Mandarin videos:

Donald Trump has multiple grandchildren through his children, but only Arabella Kushner has been widely documented speaking Mandarin publicly. No credible reports link any other Trump grandchild to the viral video.

Arabella Kushner, daughter of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, gained international attention as a young child when her family posted a video of her singing in Mandarin and reciting Chinese poetry in 2017. The clip circulated widely online and drew attention in China and Western media.

The video featured Arabella performing Lunar New Year greetings and singing. She was around 5 or 6 years old at the time. (Source)

Videos of Arabella’s Mandarin performance were even played by Donald Trump during official diplomatic moments, such as when he showed Chinese leader Xi Jinping clips of his granddaughter singing, underscoring that the family did have documented Mandarin videos tied to cultural exchange. (Source)

However, no other Trump grandchildren have been documented delivering Lunar New Year greetings in Mandarin in recent years.

Conclusion

The viral video showing a young girl in a red qi pao speaking Mandarin and wishing a Happy Lunar New Year is not Donald Trump’s granddaughter. The child is Bee Rogers, daughter of American investor Jim Rogers, who has promoted Mandarin language education for his children while living in Singapore. While Arabella Kushner, Trump’s actual granddaughter, has been documented speaking Mandarin in real videos from 2017, the viral clip in question has no connection to the Trump family and represents a clear case of misattribution.
