Various types of misinformation are being shared on social media regarding Ukrainian President Zelensky these days. Meanwhile, a video claiming to be the Ukrainian President and his wife Olena singing a song, have been shared by many social media users. However, our investigation proves the claims are false and misleading.

A Facebook user added a video to the internet with a caption, “President Zelensky and his wife singing”.
Many similar posts were detected.
Due to the virality of this video, we decided to do an investigation over this.
Fact Check
First, we separated the video into fragments using Invid-We Verify tool and were able to find the original video. The original video can be watched below and it was released to YouTube a few days before (February 20) the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
According to the original video clip, the song is sung by British female singers Connie Talbot and Alejandro Manzano, in this instance.
The theme of the song is “Endless Love” and it was first sung in 1981 by Lionel Richie and Diana Ross.

Conclusion:
According to our investigation, we were able to find out that the song in the viral video was sung by Connie Talbot and Alejandro Manzano and it was not a duet by the Ukrainian president Zelensky and his wife.
